Sergio, from southern Spain, discovered a passion for cooking at the age of 19. His career includes experience throughout Spain as a Head Chef and as a restaurant entrepreneur, running his own business, until he decided to relocate to Perth and to introduce the local community to the authentic Spanish Paella, the greatest dish in Spain.
He uses only the very best ingredients, imported from Spain, for his paellas, including locally grown rice, which is his speciality.
Sergio offers a unique way of entertaining, as he cooks the paellas on site, in his own special paella dishes, delivering a unique experience to your guests who can watch while he cooks.
