Cancellations

Please choose your course or event carefully, as generally we do not offer a refund on course fees if you change your mind or find yourself unable to attend.

For ticketed events, no cancellations are possible, but you are welcome to pass the tickets on to friends or family if you are unable to attend (note that concession tickets can only be used by those who are approved concession card holders).

Requests for cancellations must be received in writing 10 working days prior to the commencement date and will incur a $16.50 processing fee (including GST). Cancellations are not possible once a course has commenced.

Courses and events offered are subject to viability as determined by enrolment and booking numbers. UWA Extension reserves the right to cancel due to insufficient numbers or other circumstances beyond our control.

This decision is made 10 working days before the commencement date and if so, you will be notified and a full refund issued. Whenever possible, this refund will be issued in the manner that it was paid i.e. credit card purchases will be reversed or refunded.
