How
UWA Extension can help you with Conference
UWA Extension has a variety of registration, conference and
seminar packages.
1. Budget Package
$5 per registration: Web secure based on-line registration
$10 per registration: Full registration (Web secure,
phone, fax and mail).
2. Fundamentals Standard Package
$25 per registration: Full registration, pay accounts, name
badges and list of registrants.
3. Supplementals
Should you require additional services then we will quote
individually. Additional services include:
- Arrange printing and distribution mail out of brochure.
- Registration, banking, name badge, confirmation letter
and list of registrants.
- Payment of all accounts.
- Arrange accommodation block bookings for direct delegate
contact.
- Co-ordinate bookings of venues, audio-visual equipment
and catering.
- Provide satchels and package all conference materials.
Please note that the above charges do not include GST, Credit
Card charges, postage, phone and fax charges, name badge holder,
satchels or stationery. There may also be a once only set-up
charge which varies depending on the complexity of your event.
The cost of providing secretariat staff during the conference
is $250 per staff member per day during normal working hours
and $450 per day on weekends.
Other relevant information
Please note that all accounting and financial matters are
carried out through UWA's accounting system.
We know our way around the UWA campus and have excellent relationships
with all the services you would need to utilise in order to
have a successful conference.
