ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Orientation Days
ACCESS UWA students are most welcome to attend Orientation Days during the academic year. Please check the UWA website at www.unistart.uwa.edu.au for Orientation Day dates and details.
Timetable/Venue Information
Timetable and venue information for your units is available here or please check with the relevant Faculty or School if you have not already done so.
Campus Card
Audit students are not eligible for a Campus Card. All Continuing Education students require an official UWA Campus Card. This card includes your photograph, student number, and library barcode. You will need your Campus Card when sitting for an examination conducted by The University and using the UWA Library. You may also be required to produce your Campus Card for identification purposes should it be requested by an Officer of the University.
Please take your enrolment confirmation letter (Current Enrolment Statement) with personal photographic identification to the enquiries counter at Student Administration, Hackett Hall to apply for your Campus Card.
Student Computer Accounts
The University provides each student, including ACCESS UWA Continuing Education students, with a Pheme username and password. This account is used for a range of electronic student services and resources.
You will need to activate your Pheme account at www.uwa.edu.au/current/computing with a password and a challenge question. The password will need to be changed every few months.
Student Connect
Using your Pheme account, log in to the Student Connect website to view your personal details and academic information.

Parking
Student Parking Permits will not be issued to ACCESS UWA students. Campus maps indicating the location of short-term ticket parking areas are available here.
Examinations
Your personal exam timetable will be published at least three weeks before each Examination Period. It is your responsibility to know what exams you must sit, when they are scheduled and where they are. Your personal exam timetable is available here.
A deferred examination will not normally be granted to ACCESS UWA students except in exceptional cases.
A Statement of Academic Record and advice of results are not provided to ACCESS UWA students but may be accessed and ordered at www.studentadmin.uwa.edu.au.
