TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
UWA Extension courses and lectures are open to everyone. No previous qualifications or experience are needed unless otherwise stated in the course descriptions.
Course fees are payable at the time of enrolment. Please make cheques payable to UWA Extension.
A confirmation letter will be posted, including a map and venue location, when the course details are confirmed.
Courses offered are subject to availability and minimum numbers. UWA Extension reserves the right to cancel courses if minimum bookings are not received. Decisions will be made 10 working days before the course commencement date on whether the course will proceed. Occasionally a course may not proceed, due to circumstances beyond our control, and in such cases a full refund will be issued.
Please choose your course carefully. Requests for transfers and withdrawals need to be made in writing 10 working days prior to the commencement date and will incur a $15.00 processing fee. Credit Notes may be used for any UWA Extension course within 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that only one of the following discounts/concessions may apply to any one enrolment:
An EARLY BIRD discount of 10% applies to all event and course enrolments by date specified in course programme.
A GROUP DISCOUNT of 20% off the total cost for groups of five or more is available for all events and courses.
Enrolments for this discount are to be made by telephone only and details for each participant must be supplied.
Centrelink Cardholders and Seniorís Cardholders are eligible for the Concession Fee on applicable courses.
UWA Staff and students are eligible for a 10% discount on all UWA Extension courses.
